Trade - ordering T&Cs

  • All lights&lamps products are manufactured and tested according to UK lighting regulations and standards and are suitable for use within the UK.
  • lights&lamps products are suitable for domestic and commercial use within the UK. Orders are shipped within the UK only.
  • All trade orders require immediate payment. Once payment is completed your order will be processed and all in stock items will be dispatched.
  • All trade orders for in stock items will be dispatched immediately. No orders for in stock items will be held.
  • Shipping on orders over £200 is free and orders will be shipped using our domestic UK courier service. If larger volume orders require pallet shipping this can be arranged separately and quoted accordingly.
  • Pallet shipping is chargeable depending on order volume.
  • Warranty term: Two years from the date of purchase for electrical faults. Finish warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Any faults and product damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the items.
  • A 'lights&lamps' trade account can only be opened by a business purchasing on behalf of or for a client project and not for personal use.
  • No 'lights&lamps' trade discounts or trade prices are to be made public or displayed on social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok or company websites and platforms. Any breach of this term may result in termination of any customer or trade accounts you may hold with 'lights&lamps'. 
  • TERMINATION “lights&lamps" reserves the right to terminate your trade account and/or your use of the www.lightsandlamps.com website at its sole discretion. For example if “lights&lamps" suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.
  • By registering to our trade terms you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from lights&lamps.
