Pre order despatch 

All of our products are marked on their individual listing as either 'in stock' or 'pre order'. If it's a pre order item then we will give an estimated delivery time for the stock on the product listing. The date shown is when the stock is estimated to arrive to our warehouse not your door. As soon as stock for pre order items arrives then we can process and despatch your order and delivery will be between 3-5 days once you receive your despatch notification email.

In stock despatch

If the item(s) is in stock the typical delivery lead-time is 3-5 working days. If you need it sooner, we can arrange a next day or express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. 

We will group your products together as much as we can, but if it’s more cost effective to split deliveries we will. 

  • <£100 = £6
  • £100 to £200 = £10
  • £200+ = FREE

Please note that as we await our stock deliveries, a lot of our items are marked pre-order with an estimated availability date. If you have ordered multiple items we will be delivering each item as and when they become available.

Any failed delivery that is returned to our warehouse will either be subject to charge for a second delivery, or any refund will be given minus any costs incurred.

Please note once your items have been dispatched you will not be able to cancel your order. 

Ireland and EU orders

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to Republic of Ireland or Europe. We are working to allow these orders and will extend our shipping territories as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience.


The price of our products doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We advise that a secure/tracked service is used to ensure all returned items arrive back to us, within 28 days of receiving the product, in a resalable condition. Once we receive your returned order we will inspect all goods and any refunds will be processed within 14 days. 

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. lights&lamps reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. 

Faulty or damaged or lost items

Please ensure you check all goods upon delivery as any fault or damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item. If a repair or replacement cannot be provided then please return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we won’t charge you for the return.

For any lost items, we must be notified of this within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch email.
