UK-based lighting experts Niki Wright and Scarlett Hampton are thrilled to introduce lights&lamps; a brand new, online hub for design-oriented lighting. Thanks to the duo's extensive knowledge of the industry, wealth of design ideas and expert resource, lights&lamps is guaranteed to be the brand to watch.
The pair have over 25 years combined experience in designing and developing best-selling lighting and interiors ranges for the British high street and together they have established lights&lamps as the go-to brand for stylish lighting solutions. The launch of the new company signifies the very first time Wright and Hampton's innovative designs are available direct to homeowners and designers, making it a very exciting announcement for the UK lighting market.
Thanks to their experience and expertise within the industry, lights&lamps offers something for everyone. Their knowledge of materials and construction means every product is well designed, thoroughly considered and offers the best value for our customers. In fact, their skill and ability to work with different materials - be it hand-woven rattan to fine polished crystal - further emphasises the choice and variety lights&lamps offers.

Behind every one of our lights and lamps is not just a lot of enjoyment and excitement but also a serious amount of design and detail. So now you know, when you open that box and then switch it on, your new light or your new lamp has been designed by us and created for you.
STOCK DELIVERY DELAYS AUTUMN 2021
Please note that due to the national shortage of transport in the UK we are currently experiencing stock delivery delays. If your order is for a PRE ORDER item there may be an additional delay to the estimated delivery time while we await our stock deliveries. We are working to get stock here as fast as possible and thank you for your continued patience while we work through this tricky time.
PRE ORDER DESPATCH
All of our products are marked on their individual listing as either 'in stock' or 'pre order'. If it's a pre order item then we will give an estimated delivery time for the stock on the product listing. The date shown is when the stock is estimated to arrive to our warehouse not your door. As soon as stock for pre order items arrives then we can process and despatch your order and delivery will be between 3-5 days once you receive your despatch notification email.
IN STOCK DESPATCH
If the item(s) is in stock the typical delivery lead-time is 3-5 working days. If you need it sooner, we can arrange a next day or express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service.
We will group your products together as much as we can, but if it’s more cost effective to split deliveries we will.

Ireland and EU orders
Due to the new Brexit customs agreement we are not currently able to deliver to Ireland or Europe. We are working to allow these orders and will extend our shipping territories as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience.

Please note that as we await our stock deliveries, a lot of our items are marked pre-order with an estimated availability date. If you have ordered multiple items we will be delivering each item as and when they become available.
Any failed delivery that is returned to our warehouse will either be subject to charge for a second delivery, or any refund will be given minus any costs incurred.
Please note once your items have been dispatched you will not be able to cancel your order.
The price of our products doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We advise that a secure/tracked service is used to ensure all returned items arrive back to us, within 28 days of receiving the product, in a resalable condition. Once we receive your returned order we will inspect all goods and any refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. lights&lamps reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable.
Faulty or damaged or lost items
Please ensure you check all goods upon delivery as any fault or damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your item. If a repair or replacement cannot be provided then please return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we won’t charge you for the return.
For any lost items, we must be notified of this within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch email.
