If the item(s) is in stock the typical delivery lead-time is 3-5 working days. If you need it sooner, we can arrange a next day or express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. 

All of our products are marked on their individual listing as either 'in stock' or 'pre order'. If it's a pre order item then we will give an estimated delivery time for the stock on the product listing.

The date shown is when the stock is estimated to arrive to our warehouse not your door. As soon as stock for pre order items arrives then we can process and despatch your order and delivery will be between 3-5 days once you receive your despatch notification email.

We will group your products together as much as we can, but if it’s more cost effective to split deliveries we will.

• £100 to £200 = £10
• £200+ = FREE

Please note any items that are rejected at delivery point or returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts are subject to a restocking fee (which will be deducted from any refunds due) or re delivery fee.

At checkout, we offer an express delivery option for those who need their order shipped as quickly as possible. To ensure same-day processing and shipping, please place your express order no later than 1pm. If you place an express order after 2pm, it will be shipped on the following day.

Here's an example to clarify: if you place an express order at 3pm on a Monday, it won't be shipped until Tuesday morning, and will arrive on Wednesday.

Please be aware that we do not offer weekend delivery service. If you require express delivery for a Friday arrival, kindly place your order by 1pm on Thursday.
