We offer free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Some delivery options are not included in free delivery and will remain chargeable if selected at checkout. This includes
- Pallet delivery
- Express delivery
- Weekend delivery
Any applicable charges for these services will be clearly shown at checkout.
All standard deliveries are shipped via DPD.
- DPD normally attempts delivery over two consecutive days
- If both attempts are missed, the parcel will be returned to us, which incurs a minimum £10 failed delivery fee
- Redelivery requests cannot be guaranteed once the second delivery attempt is missed, even if the request is successfully submitted
- DPD can deliver the item to a local DPD Pickup location after failed delivery attempts, where the parcel will be held for up to 7 days

At checkout, we offer an Express Delivery option for customers who need their order shipped as quickly as possible. To qualify for same-day processing and dispatch, please place your Express order no later than 2:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
For example, if you place an Express order at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday morning and arrive on Wednesday.
Standard Delivery Rates (by total order value):
- Under £100 – £10
- £100 to £200 – £15
- Over £200 – £20
Please note: Due to the size and weight of certain chandeliers, Express Delivery is not available for these items. These products are shipped via pallet delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Delivery times are specified on individual product listings.
Looking for weekend delivery? You can now select Saturday or Sunday delivery for an additional fee of £15 at checkout. To qualify, please place your order by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following weekend. Please note that this service is not available for pallet deliveries.

If the item(s) are in stock, the typical dispatch time is 1–2 days. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery. If you need it sooner, you can select express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. Please note express shipping is not available on any of the Petalia chandeliers.
Please note that during the Christmas period, there may be slight delays in delivery due to warehouse closures. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

The estimated restock time is shown in the "Standard delivery" section on each product page. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact restock dates at this time. The timeframes shown on our website are estimates and may be subject to change depending on international shipping conditions.

Orders containing more than one item are often dispatched in multiple boxes under a single consignment number. Unfortunately, DPD occasionally separate deliveries, and in such cases, the remaining boxes are typically delivered the following day, even if the tracking status shows as ‘delivered’.
As this is part of DPD’s automated process, please allow all parcels to be delivered within 2 business days of dispatch. -
The lightbulbs are fragile, so we pack them within the main light or lamp fitting box where we can. Before you contact us, please thoroughly double check all the gaps inside the box for the bulbs. Boxes contain lightbulbs are manually marked on the shipping label.

We are unfortunately unable to resend any returned parcels. Please note any items that are rejected at delivery point or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts are subject to a restocking fee when it arrives at our warehouse. If you still require the item, please place a new order. However, if your parcel has been rerouted back to us for no reason, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.
