If the item(s) is in stock the typical delivery lead-time is 1-2 business days. If you need it sooner, you can select express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. Please note express shipping is not available on any of the Petalia chandeliers.

**PLEASE NOTE** due to the weight of some of our chandeliers these items are pallet shipped with delivery in 3-5 business days. Please check the product listing for specific delivery times on items.

All of our products are marked on their individual listing as either 'in stock' or 'pre order'. If it's a pre order item then we will give an estimated delivery time for the stock on the product listing. All pre order dates shown are estimated and are subject to change.

The date shown is when the stock is estimated to arrive to our warehouse not your door. As soon as stock for pre order items arrives then we can process and dispatch your order and delivery will be between 1-2 business days once you receive your despatch notification email.

We will group your products together as much as we can, but if it’s more cost effective to split deliveries we will. All items are shipped via DPD.

Please note any items that are rejected at delivery point or returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts are subject to a restocking fee (which will be deducted from any refunds due) or re delivery fee.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive or an item is missing from your delivery please get in touch with us within 7 calendar days of receiving your dispatch notification email on sales@lightsandlamps.com and our team will be able to assist you.

At checkout, we offer an Express Delivery option for £20 for customers who need their order shipped as quickly as possible. To qualify for same-day processing and dispatch, please place your Express order no later than 2:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

For example, if you place an Express order at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday morning and arrive on Wednesday.

Looking for weekend delivery? You can now select Saturday or Sunday delivery for an additional fee of £15 at checkout. To qualify, please place your order by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following weekend. Please note that this service is not available for pallet deliveries.

Please note that some of our large chandeliers require pallet shipping for which there is an additional charge applied at the checkout. All these items are clearly marked as pallet shipping on our website listings.

Please note - for pallet shipping we are not able to send you a live tracking link or reference number. Once your order is placed our pallet delivery company will call you to arrange delivery. Pallet shipping requires 3-5 business days.

IMPORTANT For all pallet shipping a mobile number must be entered at checkout.
