One of the lighting items that I struggle with is ceiling fixtures. It can often be hard to find the right one to fit a space and the actual bulbs can look unsightly. No such issue with the Bardi pendant. It’s oversized, will bring texture to your room and has a large matt opal globe that looks pearl-like rather than utilitarian.

The Folia range, is part of the L&L's collaborative collection with Reena Simon. Its a celebration of Reena’s Scandi style, but that’s not to say it’s not suited to other interior styles. I think this floor lamp would fit right into a Mid-Century setting too, and think it would look particularly good with pink walls (aka in my living room)!

Wood is a very easy way to make a space look more expensive, and this lights&lamps x ELLE Decoration Editions spun wood lamp base with its collection of lampshades to pair including a solid walnut wood shade is a perfect example and I'm yet to see anything similar at this price point.

The launch of the ELLE Decoration Editions collection was a eureka moment in lighting design, in my opinions. The shades and bases all work so seamlessly together and it’s hard to choose a look. One of my favourite combinations has to be the marble base with the green lacquer shade. It works perfectly in our bedroom and oozes luxury.

What’s better than the Denari? It’s unidentical twin, Cline! This table lamp is slightly bigger and features more contrast. The tapered bronze shade is so unique and would look delicious when paired with rich tones such as burgundy, deep browns and olive greens.

If you’re not going to go big with a ceiling fixture, I think going for something unobtrusive and versatile is a good plan instead. The Decora pendant is exactly that. It’s sleek and elegant, but won’t be the centre of attention in a room. It’s also completely adjustable so will work for tall and short ceilings alike.

Anyone that has followed me for a while, will know that I’m a lover of all things rattan! The Ardini Floor Lamp is the perfect simple (but statement) addition a room and provides the modern retro look that I’m always aiming for.

Stylish bathroom-friendly lighting can be particularly hard to find, but the Chelso wall lights are sleek and elegant, and most importantly, IP44 rated. This fitting will work with so many interior styles - we bought two for our cloakroom bathroom and they’ve elevated the space entirely.
