“Portobello is a representation of Avenue&Acre in a chandelier. It’s made from premium materials and high end techniques, is inspired by the countryside and has the elegance and simplicity suited to townhouse living. I loved developing the idea of a mushroom inspired chandelier and working through all the details and processes required to deliver this statement piece.”

We designed it to feel confident and understated - something with a masculine presence but still refined. The focus was on strong lines, soft materials, and a warm, controlled light that creates a relaxed atmosphere. It’s the kind of piece that sits comfortably in a room, adding depth and character without demanding attention."
When designing Parks chandelier, we approached it like a piece of sculpture. Working with cast metal allowed us to explore the organic forms and textures in a way that felt both substantial and expressive. We wanted Parks to have a strong presence in a room, but also feel balanced and refined once lit. The casting process gives each chandelier depth and character.
"We wanted Compton floor lamp to feel like more than just a light source - it needed to have a presence in the room. The large scale gives it that sense of quiet confidence, while the patterned shade adds character and warmth when the light passes through it. We spent a lot of time thinking about how the pattern would interact with the glow, creating subtle texture and atmosphere rather than overpowering the space. For me, the beauty of a piece like this is that it works both as functional lighting and as a sculptural element within an interior."

Avenue&Acre builds on the current styling of lights&lamps and further enhances it with a level of maturity a kin to a more traditional "town and country" customer. We use the word "traditional" loosely", explains Hampton "we have taken elements of more classical shapes and forms and exaggerated them, refreshed them and paired them with details that will make them last for another century.
