despatch & delivery
All of our products are marked on their individual listing as either 'in stock' or 'pre order'. If it's a pre order item then we will give an estimated delivery time for the stock on the product listing. The date shown is when the stock is estimated to arrive to our warehouse not your door. As soon as stock for pre order items arrives then we can process and despatch your order and delivery will be between 3-5 days once you receive your despatch notification email.
Please note that as we await our stock deliveries, a lot of our items are marked pre-order with an estimated availability date. If you have ordered multiple items we will be delivering each item as and when they become available.
In Stock despatch
If the item(s) is in stock the typical delivery lead-time is 3-5 working days. If you need it sooner, we can arrange a next day or express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need express delivery. We will group your products together as much as we can, but if it’s more cost effective to split deliveries we will.

International, Ireland and EU orders
We are currently only able to ship within the UK. We are working to allow International & EU orders and will extend our shipping territories as soon as possible. Many thanks for your patience.
Order cancellation policy
Please double check all shipping information and product quantities for your order are correct as once an order is placed it will not be possible to cancel or amend prior to dispatch.
Please note this does not affect your other statutory rights to cancel. The cancellation period starts when we send you the dispatch confirmation email (this email indicates that your order has been sent by us and, therefore, that a contract has been formed between us) and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which the product(s) is/are delivered to you.
Why has my order been cancelled?
During busy periods - such as sales, promotions, or Christmas - demand for a product can sometimes outweigh the amount of stock we have, which can result in us not being able to fulfil your order. If this does happen, we will let you know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as this is out of our control, we will not be able to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment of not being able to complete your online order and we apologise in advance for the inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery and billing information
Please double check all shipping and billing information is correct before you complete your order as it is not possible to amend once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to change or amend any delivery details.
Any failed or declined deliveries that are returned to our warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect address details will either be subject to charge for a second delivery, or any refund will be given minus any costs incurred.
