Exuding sophistication, the Clé four-tier chandelier couples soft, scalloped edges with the textural richness of bouclé fabric. Each curved leaf is individually backed in premium cotton to optimise light diffusion and hung from a frame in our signature aged brass. Boasting a subtle ombré effect even when lit, this statement piece offers flexibility thanks to an adjustable chain. Returns
The price of our products doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We advise that a secure/tracked service is used to ensure all returned items arrive back to us, within 28 days of receiving the product, in a resalable condition. Once we receive your returned order we will inspect all goods and any refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Shipping:

If the item(s) are in stock, the typical dispatch time is 1–2 days. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery. If you need it sooner, you can select express delivery, but there is an extra charge for this service. Please note that express shipping is not available on any of the Petalia chandeliers.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking reference. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, and for orders placed before 2pm, we strive to ship on the same business day.

We now also offer order editing after checkout. If you make any changes to your order after 2pm and it is in stock, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that during the Christmas period, there may be slight delays in delivery due to warehouse closures. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

**PLEASE NOTE** due to the weight of some of our chandeliers these items are pallet shipped with delivery in 3-5 business days. Please check the product listing for specific delivery times on items.
